Job Opportunity: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Houston, TX (
FULLY ONSITE in their Downtown Houston office)
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (Depending on Experience)
Type: Full-Time
Experience:
- Preferred: 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Open to: Motivated individuals with less experience eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Conference Room Management:
- Prepare and organize conference rooms for meetings.
- Manage lighting, shades, and AV equipment.
- Maintain room cleanliness and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Handle coffee, drinks, and post-meeting clean-up.
Multipurpose Room & Kitchens:
- Oversee dishwashing, drawer organization, and furniture setup for events.
- Keep kitchens stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies.
- Monitor coffee stations and ensure everything is replenished.
Supply Room Oversight:
- Ensure supply rooms are clean and fully stocked.
- Refill paper in copy machines and maintain printer supplies throughout the day.
Miscellaneous Support:
- Assist with attorney lunches and various office tasks.
- Provide support to trial teams, including courthouse errands and after-hours tasks.
