Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage and streamline our staffing processes. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activities, support hiring managers, and ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing requirements, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.
- Assist in developing and implementing staffing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and manage job offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
