POSITION TITLE: Product Manager, Integrations
POSITION LOCATION: Remote, USA
POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Software Product team, the Product Manager of Integrations will focus on effective integrations between microservices to ensure best in class experience for Natera’s operational team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with software engineering and product management to align on system integration needs.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, document, and prioritize work for the Engineering team.
- Drive the roadmap for the integrations teams based on business and software priorities
- Establish and measure success criteria and metrics
- Drive efficiencies through product innovation and work with different engineering teams to implement new solutions that can scale.
- Communicate with senior-level stakeholders to champion your efforts and gain buy-in for product plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience in product management focusing on complex technical solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills, operational excellence, obsessed with finding ways to make processes more efficient through software solutions.
- Proven ability to learn how processes work quickly, ask the right questions, and come up with a cohesive plan for how to improve/automate them.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan, and lead projects forward.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Technical Product Management experience - required
- Experience with software management tools such as Jira, Jama - required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - required
- SQL experience - strongly preferred
- Experience with product analytics platforms and tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Qlik Sense or similar - a plus
- Laboratory operations experience - a plus
- Experience with LIMS software - a plus
- “Hands-on”, likes to dive deep and solve problems, detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
