We are hiring an Administrative Specialist on a contract basis for a great client on-site in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an administrative / customer service position, and is excellent with follow ups and staying organized. Please apply directly if interested!
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive services to all projects, which includes prompt and effective management of incoming and outgoing communications, coordination with community members, advisory councils, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development and growth of new fiscal projects while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Coordinate various aspects of the fiscal sponsorship program, including revenue and expense management, documentation, onboarding processes, Salesforce reporting, and more.
- Collaborate daily with accounting, human resources, and administrative teams to manage the services provided to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and problem-solving.
- Assist with government and grants administration, including initial reviews, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
- Manage risk and insurance needs for special events and community initiative projects.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
