Harvard Resource Solutions was recently engaged in a new search for a Receptionist on a direct hire basis for our real estate client located in Southfield, MI.
Location: Southfield, MI
Schedule: 7:00am – 5:00pm (50 hour work week – will be compensated for over time)

Position Description
Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for greeting, assisting, and managing communications to ensure smooth office operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome and direct clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
- Mail & Deliveries: Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks like filing, recordkeeping, and data entry.
- Supply Management: Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
- Office Maintenance: Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Collaboration: Support a positive team environment.
- Other Duties: Handle additional tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:
