We are currently partnering with a non-profit organization who is looking to add a temporary Office Assistant/Paralegal to their team in Harlem, New York. The ideal candidate will have experience with general office administrative duties, including covering reception, handling calls/switchboard as well as performing client service tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Archiving and organizing Files
- Answering the switchboard
- Covering reception in the office which includes interacting with clients and walk-ins
- Provide administrative support to the office (copying, scanning, mailing and data entry)
- Back up and support other administrative staff.
Requirements:
- Experienced with switchboard operations
- Experienced with customer service and client relation activities
Compensation: $20-23/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
