Job Title: Quality Test Engineer
Location: Hybrid - Local Candidates from MN candidates
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities
Participate on Agile team as QA member.
Review and clarify requirements.
Identify and plan work efforts by using test estimation techniques.
Create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios.
Collaborate with team members on building test cases/scripts.
Log and track issues/defects through to resolution.
Support UAT and Go Live activities.
Leverage Test Data Management for identifying and consuming data
Strong understanding of QA processes
Ability to be innovative in testing approaches during challenging timelines
Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics, and provide go/no go recommendations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience.
Experience with Azure DevOps or other Test Suite tools.
Ability to handle delivery with minimum guidance.
Good at handling multiple initiatives in parallel.
Detail oriented and a problem solver.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in UI, API and DB testing
Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries
Postman/Swagger experience
Snowflake experience
PI/PO or middleware testing experience
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
