We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer who specializes in packaging design and can seamlessly translate their skills across digital platforms, including ads, social media, and email campaigns.
Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Mixhers, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity while rolling out our rebrand. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging Design: Develop and execute creative packaging designs that align with our brand and product lines. This includes concept creation, mock-ups, and final production files.
- Digital Advertising: Design compelling visual content for digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram, Google Ads. This includes managing relationships with our Ad agency, leading out on new ad strategies and creative, and writing and implementing captivating copy.
- Social Media: Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content tailored for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Email Campaigns: Design visually appealing email templates and graphics that drive engagement and conversion.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are aligned with the overall brand vision.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into your designs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience in the field.
- 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging and digital content design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience with digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
