The individual will assist the Project Manager (Entry Level) through the process from Sales until the end of Building Construction. This position involves interactions with the Accounting Department, Sales Department, Engineering Department, and the Construction Department to keep a project on schedule through delivery.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare written communication to customers;
- Communicate with customers regarding project contracts and scheduling;
- Work with customers on final designs of their pumping system;
- Communicate with the engineering and vendors;
- Coordinate shipment and delivery & construction
- Assist customers in documentation & delivery
- Assist the Project Management Department in all processes
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
It is critical that the Project Manager (Entry Level) has:
- 4-year Degree minimum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Fundamental understanding of inter-office communications and procedures
- Develop a fundamental understanding of various design and engineering aspects of pumping systems including mechanical, structural, electrical, and control and communication
Other Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- 2 years of Project Management or Engineering experience preferred
- Excel a plus
- Proficient in use of project management tactics and related concepts
- Must have proficient knowledge of computers
