About the Opportunity:
A marketing agency that works with clients in the gaming industry (casino, sports betting, and lottery) is looking to add someone to the team that will focus on user acquisition. This is a role that is needed to support the strong growth the company has had over the past few years. The position is going to utilize paid social media ads to grow their client's mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Execute user acquisition campaigns across social media channels
- Data analysis and ad-hoc reporting that drives user acquisition
- Optimize UA campaigns based on defined metrics
- Create regular reports on KPI's and provide insights to relevant team members
- Continuously test new concepts and creatives while running A/B tests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and partners to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Desire to have a career in the mobile advertising space
- Experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
- Familiarity with CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention and LTV is preferred
- Direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition is a plus, but not a requirement
- An interest in casinos/sports betting
