Our client is looking for an Agile Coach to start ASAP!
They are looking for a dynamic Agile Coach with a strong background in data analytics to join their team and lead their Agile transformation efforts within the Enterprise Data & Analytics Division by driving transformation and delivering actionable insights that empower businesses to make informed decisions.
Role Overview:
As an Agile Coach with a data analytics background, you will work closely with leaders and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Your expertise will help us leverage agile methodologies to enhance our data analytics processes, optimize delivery, and ensure we meet our strategic goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion agile principles and practices, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our data analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with leaders at all levels to identify and address challenges, guiding them in adopting agile practices that drive value and efficiency.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and analytics teams to elevate their agile maturity and performance.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, encouraging team members to share ideas and raise concerns openly.
- Develop and deliver agile training and coaching sessions tailored to the needs of data analytics teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective and valuable.
- Guide teams in defining acceptance criteria, the definition of done (DoD), and the definition of ready (DoR) for data analytics deliverables.
- Work with teams to identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a business-related discipline, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Agile coaching certification
- Minimum of five years of experience as an Agile Coach, with a strong background in data analytics or working within data-centric environments.
- Proficiency in major agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum @ Scale).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
