Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive appointments and calendars.
- Organize and manage emails.
- Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
- Handle social media management.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Available daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- A dedicated home office with a Mac or PC (including webcam) featuring a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8 GB of RAM, and the latest version of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Additional Information
- This position is a 1099 contractor role.
- Compensation ranges from \(18 - \)21 per hour, based on experience and skillset. Payments are made monthly based on contracted hours; hours and clients are not guaranteed.
- Background checks may be required before contract issuance.
