Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based in our Los Angeles office—remote work is not an option. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and address their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, and other account-related issues.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records as needed.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A customer-first attitude with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work on-site in our Los Angeles office—this is not a remote position.
