We are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our executive team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing daily activities, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive team members.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Office Administration:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to enhance efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- General Administrative Duties:
- Support various departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in person, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing equipment and coordinating maintenance.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting executives and office operations.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

- Salary Range: \(33,200 - \)76,900
- Working Hours: 170 Hours/Month
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-person, 2 days remote)
