Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using provided images.
- Identify document types based on the provided documentation.
- Review and verify that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements.
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards.
- Interact professionally with other staff as needed.
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement of job processes.
- Complete all tasks for the day.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay and Available Schedule
- Pay: $12 per hour.
- Hours: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
- Shifts: Available shifts vary between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Required Skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and move quickly.
- Ability to stay focused and on-task.
- High attention to detail while being efficient.
- Quick learner, able to follow basic or complex instructions when needed.
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
- Typing test requirements: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy.
- KPH typing test requirements: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
