Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing investor backed technology business. The business has gone through multiple funding rounds, expanded internationally and has a well recognisable brand. They're a market leader with diversified revenue streams including subscription services. As a result they're looking to bolster their Commercial Analytics function with a Data Analyst with a focus on Customer and CRM. You will report directly into the Director and be part of scaling the team!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Customer team to develop a data lead understanding of performance to influence decision making
- Interpret data and analyse results using statistical methods to suggest insights to the business
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
- Creating insights on Customer LTV through a data approach
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years experience within data analytics (Ideally within product or marketing)
- Experience and fluency in SQL and other BI tools
- Solid partnering and communication stakeholder management
