Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for our BTS - Data Warehouse team. This role requires expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Mapping Documents for ETL application development. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, data analysis, and profiling to create mapping documents and collaborate with data modelers on table designs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document business requirements, functional requirements, and mapping documents for ETL projects
- Utilize SQL to write complex queries across multiple tables
- Conduct data analysis and profiling for mapping documents
- Collaborate with data modelers on table design
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements to technical specifications
- Support testing and production releases, which may include weekend and off-hours work
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in diverse environments and applications
- Proven leadership in establishing standards, policies, and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Experience with cross-functional project management
- Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare and data warehousing
