Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Billing Coordinator to join one of our major clients in the Wilmington, DE area. In this role, you will deliver expert administrative and operational support, working closely with sales, operations, and other office staff to execute customer-focused sales and service activities. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contract rental billing activities, including collaborating with sales and customer representatives.
- Create and manage rental business documents using RentalMan ERP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes.
- Address customer inquiries and discrepancies, conducting thorough research as needed.
- Record, verify, and post payments, maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable ledger.
- Provide support for customer calls, sales teams, report generation, and auditing as needed, working independently and with teams on various projects.
Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education, technical certification, or a degree preferred.
- 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in rental customer service; 7+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting business documents, responding to inquiries and complaints, writing reports, and speaking effectively with various stakeholders.
- Skilled in basic arithmetic, computing rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, accounting software, order processing systems, and capable of quickly learning new software.
