We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Accountant and Finance Division! The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring and answering incoming emails from clients and/or candidates, utilizing web-based applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and reporting, scheduling interviews as well as managing calendars for senior members of the team. Previous recruiting and/or HR experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Details
• Schedule candidate phone screens and meetings, as needed
• Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting
• Extensive communication and follow-ups with internal recruiters, clients, and candidates
• Resume editing/formatting
• Assist with lead generation and other business development activities, as needed
• Monitoring and answering incoming emails from clients and/or candidates
• Assist with payroll activities, as needed
• Extensive communication and follow-ups with internal recruiters, clients, and candidates
• Assist with candidate onboarding processes, as needed
• Document creation, tracking, and data entry
• Assist with any ad hoc tasks and projects, as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• At least six months of related work experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar positions
• College degree preferred, related work experience is required
• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks and deadlines
• Proven excellent organization and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with care
