The
Email Developer is responsible for the successful production and development of email campaigns for our non-profit clients. As a member of the Moore Media and Digital team, the Email Developer takes a lead role in executing email strategies, implementing best practice email coding standards, and ensuring that emails function properly across email clients, platforms, browsers, and devices. The Email Developer is adept at managing a high-volume of work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, and is highly experienced with a variety of email marketing and fundraising platforms.

Your impact:
- Collaborates with team of strategists and designers to generate top-notch, engaging digital campaigns to support client objectives.
- Utilizes email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Luminate Online, Salsa, Charity Engine, EveryAction, HubSpot, and Engaging Networks to create and execute dynamic, data-driven email campaigns and experiences.
- Implements segmentation and conditional content when needed.
- Ensures that internal teams are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.
- Executes A/B email optimization testing.
- Maintains technical readiness for adoption of new technologies and improved business processes.
- Contributes to the team’s expertise through research of new digital and email platforms, tools, strategies, and tactics to drive success.
Your Profile:
- 2-4 years of email production and development experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with email marketing technology.
- Strong knowledge of computer software related to web design and graphic design.
- Expert in Luminate Online and advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of media queries and coding best practices specific to email.
- Experience with a variety of Email Marketing platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Salsa, Charity Engine, Emma, EveryAction, HubSpot, and Engaging Networks.
- Familiarity with digital direct response fundraising metrics and direct marketing strategy is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative, follow through on projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
