Description
Join our team as a Digital Solutions Developer where you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our digital communication platforms. As part of the Digital Solutions Team, you will work on exciting web development projects, ensuring that our public websites, intranet, and mobile applications are efficient, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Maintain and update existing websites and applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Assurance: Test and debug code to ensure functionality and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest web development technologies, trends, and security best practices.
- Document and Collaborate: Contribute to project documentation including code documentation and user manuals. Collaborate with other developers to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining websites.
Knowledge And Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with React.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with C# or Java and the .NET Framework is preferred.
- Understanding of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience in building secure web-based applications and using Git or other source control software.
- Knowledge of Sitecore is a plus.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
