Daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining calendars for multiple team members
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Booking conference rooms
- Creating meeting materials and helping manage documents
- Greeting clients and answering phone calls
- Handling correspondence
- Booking travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports
- Ordering supplies and keeping the office space organized
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed
