Innovative Career Resources & Staffing is looking to identify and hire Marketing Intern on a part-time (5-10 hours per week) and remote basis. We are a boutique staffing firm located in Orange County and our team is passionate about delivering personalized recruitment services to both our clients and our associates. As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in managing our digital presence. This includes overseeing our social media content, writing bi-weekly blogs, assisting with email campaigns, and contributing to various marketing efforts to help grow our brand. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a people-driven industry.
As the Marketing Intern you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing and curating engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Writing and publishing bi-weekly blogs related to recruitment, staffing, and industry trends.
- Assisting with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and client outreach.
- Collaborating with the team to develop new ideas for social media engagement and content strategies to assist with business development efforts.
- Analyzing social media performance and providing insights to improve engagement.
- Researching market trends to keep the company’s marketing efforts relevant and impactful.
- Managing all social media comments, spam, and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
