This is a role for somebody who is willing to roll their sleeves up, be scrappy and be a team player. Experience in fashion D2C and an interest in activewear + swimwear is a massive bonus!
Roles + Responsibilities:
Meta:
- Own meta ads account
- Create and run an effective campaign and content strategy to scale the Kavala met account while hitting target KPIs
- Create ads in platform, manage copywriting, run creative testing and launch winners into broader account
- Launch new campaigns, manage audiences, optimize media and budgets daily
- Work directly with founder on strategy across ads account structure, testing, budget and creative assets to achieve KPI goals
- Manage and deliver creative reports, feedback and briefs for content team
- Work alongside Founder and Content team to generate high performing assets
- Maximize efficiency of meta ads by constantly testing creative, audiences, copy, ad types, landing pages, etc.
- Meet with inventory team and marketing teams to understand what products should be pushed in ads at what time
- Become an expert in our industry sector to scale Kavala to the next level
Other Paid Channels:
- Launch and manage Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads + Shop, Pinterest, etc.
Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics, Shopify & paid social platforms to deliver data-driven reports to deliver and discuss with the relevant teams
- Make strategic decisions backed by data
Retention
- Manage Kavala Email Strategy - automated flows, business as usual emails and launch/ promotion emails
- Manage SMS Strategy
- Spearhead and manage Kavala Loyalty Program - Spearhead and manage Kavala loyalty program
Your Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role ideally for a fashion brand
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Meta ads, Google Ads, Social Media, EDM marketing, and SEO
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams
- Strategic mindset to competitively position the brand within the market
- Deep comprehension of customer behaviors and preferences
- Capability to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies comprehensively
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors
- Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and projects
- Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Capacity to establish clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues promptly
