About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to drive our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive measurable results on these key platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for Instagram and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, platform-appropriate content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content teams, to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices for Instagram and LinkedIn, applying new tactics to enhance our social media presence.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build strong relationships with followers and enhance customer experience.
- Identify and leverage influencer partnerships and other growth tactics to maximize reach and impact on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media strategies, with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, features, and best practices to optimize content for visibility and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling content, from visual assets to copy, that drives engagement and achieves marketing objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance and gain insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
