We are looking for a mid-level Technical Support Engineerto join our talented team in Dallas (TX) area.

This is what your working days would consist of:
- Delivering top class service to our customers and partners through our official contact channels (Phone, email, ticketing system),
- Independent evaluation and prioritization of the customer tickets, escalating as needed,
- Handling and solving Support tickets according to our guidelines and KPIs,
- Efficient cross-team communication and cooperation, especially with international sales, R&D and delivery teams,
- Usage of appropriate information sources for efficient problem solving, such as company internal manuals, documentation and help desk,
- Internal escalations to correct functions across the company,
- Creating relevant articles and content for the Tosibox Knowledge Base.
Besides your own team, you will be supported by 60+ Tosiboxians across the globe. Your accurate role in the team is tailored based on your skills and preferences. You'll report to the Head of Services, Olivier Pierrot.
To thrive as a Technical Support Engineer at Tosibox, you must be able to say Yes to these:
- 2-3 years of applicable experience from customer facing roles,
- A good grasp of IT/ICT/IOT, computing in general, and networking and cloud technology will be a strong advantage (Azure AWS, Google cloud and basics of Linux would be awesome),
- A positive, customer-focused, hands-on attitude,
- A genuine excitement for cybersecurity business,
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks,
- Ability to keep your cool also in hectic situations,
- Located in Dallas area (we will be opening an office in Dallas area and you are expected to attend the office on a weekly basis),
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
