LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Office Admin for our healthcare client located in El Cajon. Interested candidates must be bilingual in
English/Arabic. The role will be a full time, contract-to-hire opportunity for our client and will be 100% onsite.
This role will be focused specifically on the administrative aspects of the front office including greeting and checking patients in and out, assisting with registration, scheduling patient appointments, assisting with medical records requests and referrals and other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required - this is a great foot in the door opportunity for healthcare experience!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask throughout the day
- Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines when needed
- Strong in-person patient experience and over the phone etiquette
- Able to meet production metrics as outlined by management
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
