Responsibilities:
HR:
- ER issues
- Onboarding/offboarding & changes in UKG
- UKG system updates
- Drug screens & follow up for new starters
- Handle all HR inboxes
- Employment verifications
- Record-keeping: disciplinary actions in UKG
- Data entry
- Preparing documents
- Filing
- Rerouting emails to the proper departments - DOT verifications to EHS, recruitment emails to colleague, etc., benefits/LOA to colleague
- HR policies and procedures
- Basic UKG reporting for internal stakeholders
- New hires / changes & offboarding
- Employee SP Referral Bonus Program
- Recruitment: scheduling, drug screens & following up on missing onboarding tasks.
- Relay updates
- Creating staff newsletters
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- SOC - audit
- Terminate Carta
- Answering Phone Calls in Dialpad and calling back people who leave voicemails
- New Hire Audit
Payroll:
- Empower Deferrals
- WC Wage Statements
- Pay Stub and W-2 Requests
- Basic Wage Garnishments
- Friday Exceptions Report
- Answering basic handbook questions
- Troubleshooting basic WFM issues
- Pre-Payroll, Payroll & Post-Payroll processing to include audits, updates, instant checks, direct deposits Policy
- Obtaining business licenses and maintaining renewals
- Preparation of site maps (may require some travel)
- Assist/prepare air quality and fire permit application packages and renewal (may require some travel)
- Some administrative duties may include: updating contact/mailing information, maintaining spreadsheets for business licenses and renewals, updating Regulatory SOP's with most current practices/procedures, paying invoices, updating Regulatory/Policy calendar with permit expiration's, deadlines, etc.

Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG, Hubspot, and DocuSign CLM a plus.
- DOT experience is a also a plus but not required (can train)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Google Earth, ArcGIS, HubSpot, Google Suite systems (GDrive, GSheets), DropBox
- Fire code compliance, and air district regulation preferred but not essential
