Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for salaried and hourly employees, including taxes, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Manage benefits deductions, wage garnishments, and expense reimbursements.
- Prepare payroll tax filings and assist with audits.
- Use payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar) to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
