Electrical Contracting company located in Irvine, CA seeks a fulltime Entry level Payroll/Junior HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for the following:
Bilingual Experience Highly Preferred!! This position is On-Site 5 days per week in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
Payroll and HR coordinator duties include but not limited to:
- Will learn how to process payroll for Electrical and Construction Union Workers ensuring proper deductions for medical, insurance and garnishments are made.
- Manage all the compliance pieces for Union payroll and process necessary reports
- Handle all the filing update, things are currently backed up.
- Learn to use and handle compliance portal to make sure all payroll and compliance items are in order.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires in office and in the field,
- Bilingual English Spanish HIGHLY preferred
- Will be trained by HR Manager and then will report to the Controller
