Title: Integration Engineer (Public Safety)
Duration: Long-term contract
Location: Brooklyn, NY
MANDATORY SKILLS (MUST BE DOCUMENTED IN RESUME)
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree with no less than 12 years in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering within Public Safety environment.
- Excellent technical architecture skills, enabling the creation of future-proof public safety solutions
- Familiarity with NENA i3 standards and NG911-specific technologies and standards, such as SIP, ECRIT, and ALI.
- Provide technical support for integration issues, diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Work closely with software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and public safety officials to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet operational needs.
- Min 12 yrs. experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set.
- Knowledge of system integration techniques and the ability to design systems that work seamlessly with existing infrastructure
- Document integration configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills; Subject Matter Expert of Enterprise Integration for multiple complex applications within Public Safety domain;
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in various technology stacks, platforms, and architectures.
- Proficiency in system design principles, software architecture, and understanding of hardware components.
