Located At The Airrosti Headquarters, Our Patient Advocate Team Members Provide Exceptional Customer Service In a Supportive Team Environment. This Includes
- Educating and guiding potential patients about the Airrosti experience by phone
- Scheduling new and existing patients for all Airrosti locations
- Replying to patient inquiries and scheduling requests

Requirements - Passionate about helping people
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to embrace change & maintain a positive attitude
- Work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as in an independent setting
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Paid, mandatory In-Person 3.5-5 week training period, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Must be able to work 4-5 hour shifts within the following operating hours.
- Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-6:00PM
- Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
