The Role
We're looking for an outstanding individual to join our Global Services team as a Senior Project Manager. This position requires exceptional project management skills, relationship-building, and delivery expertise to successfully implement our cloud-based fare payment platform with significant transit agencies across the globe.
In this role, you will lead complex transit projects, collaborate with global system integrators, and provide expert guidance to deliver innovative fare payment solutions.
Location
This position is fully remote, available to candidates based in North or Latin America, specifically within the Eastern or Mountain time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee technical and integration projects while working with transit agencies and system integrators.
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage detailed delivery schedules for complex projects, maintaining senior-level relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, offering consulting on best practices, risk management, and commercial decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement controls and strategies for effective communication.
- Financial Accountability: Ensure project profitability and manage costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Business Development Collaboration: Work with business development and account managers to scope requirements, define feasibility, and estimate costs for new opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects and large-scale system migrations.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Several years of experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, and/or PMBOK.
- Skilled in Microsoft or Google presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Ideally, experience with large system integrators in transit, payments, or related industries.
- Strong digital transformation and change management skills, capable of guiding transit agencies in implementing fare collection strategies.
