Role Title: Program Manager (Sales and Marketing) Industrial Segments
Location: Austin, TX / Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 12+ months contract
THE ROLE:

Client is changing the landscape of the embedded market by continuing to introduce high performance compute solutions into embedded segments like industrial automation, healthcare, robotics and aerospace and defense among others. As a member of a dynamic and energetic client Embedded Marketing team, the Sr. Program Marketing Manager for Industrial Segments will be responsible for managing and stimulate client's progress in the industrial embedded segment.
As part of this role, you will drive customer interactions on a global basis. You will work collaboratively with the Sales and Customers/Partners to understand customer requirements and winning strategies to accelerate adoption of client solutions in the segment.
Key performance metrics include design win metrics, collecting stats on what is needed to win, report to management on progress, revenue growth and segment gross margin projections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer and sales relationship to understand design win requirements and revenue potential.
- Keep track of Request for Quote (RFQ) management to win business
- Managing partners with joining promotional activities, scheduling partners training and quarterly business reviews. Generate and maintain segment marketing collateral and make sure it is readily available to sales.
- Drive customer specific design win strategies
- Report out to management on market segment progress, design wins, revenue projections.
- Market trend analysis
- Competitive and opportunity analysis
- Manage legal processes with customers and partners.
- Help create outbound collateral as part of market development activities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated individual who is excited to work in a fast-growing organization. Individual needs to have program management experience and able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and sales staff. 10+ years of program managements experience, experience with x86 architecture and CPUs is a plus
- Semiconductor experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a strong sense of customer orientation.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
BS in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
MBA desirable, but not required
