Our Strategic FP&A practice specializes in optimizing business planning and model development for middle-market companies. We focus on operational and financial reporting with an emphasis on forecasting, profitability analysis, process improvement, and data analytics.

About The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in growing our Strategic FP&A practice. You will support private equity-backed portfolio companies by implementing strategic FP&A initiatives and facilitating decision-making through forecasting models.
Responsibilities
- Deliver core financial and operational reporting and strategic analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare financial information, models, and analyses in line with engagement requirements.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including company management and private equity teams, to plan and execute workstream activities.
- Develop and implement actionable plans to meet expectations and report results to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of various tasks such as budgeting/forecasting, financial and operational reporting, profitability analysis, and business process development.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in consulting/advisory, corporate FP&A, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of BI tools or data analytics.
- Strong understanding of finance/accounting concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technology.
- Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
