We’re looking to hire a Global Brand Marketing Coordinator to support a home entertainment business. In this role, you will be vital in executing home entertainment product and marketing strategies for TV series and movies from the network studio and other acquired TV content.
This is a six-month project opportunity. The role is in Los Angeles, CA, and is hybrid, working Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday remotely.
Pay: $20-24/hour (W2)
Global Brand Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Confirm earliest transactional release dates for TV series globally (including North America) based on local broadcast schedules, holdbacks, and production timelines.
- Coordinate the greenlight process for international releases, gathering projections and production costs from local territories.
- Set up products in internal systems and guide Production teams on product design specifications.
- Maintain and update internal planning and tracking documents to ensure accuracy.
- Draft sales materials and route them to relevant departments for approval.
- Confirm legal and music clearances for releases.
- Ensure EST and disc releases are accurately listed and available on retail platforms.
- Track the post-launch performance of TV releases and analyze results.
- Manage the creation and distribution of meeting agendas.
- Identify and upload relevant assets to retailer product pages.
- Route marketing materials for approvals.
- Support the creation of presentations and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Global Brand Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management.
- Experience in home entertainment, film studios, marketing/advertising agencies, or consumer products is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
