We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who will serve as a dynamic team member reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for community management on social media, collaborating with the brand team on the social content calendar, assisting with content creation and influencer management, updating the website, working to help facilitate sales requests, assisting the Marketing Associate with trade show execution, and fulfilling PR requests.
This role will work closely with internal and external partners including the Brand Marketing Manager and Manager of Commercialization. The ideal candidate should be someone that brings positive energy, is a self-starter and eager to wear multiple hats, ultimately gaining experience across a variety of marketing disciplines. We are only accepting local candidates for this role, with an expectation of 3 days per week spent in the Downtown Los Angeles office.
- Assist team with needs stemming from external partners and vendors, such as creative agencies, digital services, content creators, and shopper marketing media.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to manage our owned social channels including content development, influencer partnerships and community management.
- Work with internal and external partners to update and maintain website.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate to assist with tradeshow execution and various sales requests.
- Own product shipments for internal and external stakeholders including sales team, agencies and influencers.
- Assist Commercialization Manager with project needs including creating and sending sales materials for new and existing items and helping ensure flawless go-to-market execution.
- Help submit marketing team invoices and ensure accurate GL mapping.
- Own the organization of content, all marketing materials, and marketing team folders.
What will make you successful in this role:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Internship or 1+ years in Marketing ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry; Food/Bev preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communications skills, including cross-functional communication.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working on competing priorities.
- Familiar with PowerPoint and Excel
- Can-do attitude necessary for a startup environment where we need to wear multiple hats and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Strong sense of urgency and a self-starter with a desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Intellectually curious and not afraid to ask questions.

Pay Range: $75,000 to $80,000
