We are seeking a Director of Social Media for a hospitality client. In this role you will lead and manage the paid media team and will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the media plan for consumer and trade paid media channels.
Duties and responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience managing paid social Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- 5+ years of Paid Media experience.
- Develop and oversees media strategies for digital, print, and trade channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Initiate and manage media projects, adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with branding, retail offers, and campaign schedules.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide strategic insights and monthly updates to leadership.
- Collaborates with the Digital Campaign team and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of media plans.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of marketing projects, including ad requests, print production, and logistics.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of promotional offers, monitors inventory levels, and ensures effective communication through appropriate channels.
- Leads the development and execution of marketing programs, including maintaining the marketing and sales advertising calendar, managing email campaigns, promotions, content collaboration, proofreading, and production trafficking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years' experience in a Paid Media experience.
- Ability to execute performance driven paid media campaigns.
- Knowledge of the general activation capabilities of all available paid media tactics.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
