Job Description
The Temporary Finance Clerk is responsible for supporting the finance department with respect to milk receiving and Federal Milk Order Reporting (FMMO). The Finance Clerk, under direct supervision, performs the following duties:
- Review daily milk packet.
- Balance milk receipts with vendors.
- Reconcile milk receipts, ensure documents are completed fully, data entry of milk receipts into DSI system.
- Scan milk receiving documents and back-up for processing.
- Assist with resolution of Milk Ticket inquiries and discrepancies.
- Comply with Code of Ethics and actively apply Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Office setting at a plant. M-F 8-5. Jeans ok and nice shirt
