Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 150 employees using Paylocity biweekly.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist with payroll audits and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll processes.
