Position Overview: The Director of IT Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports and enhances the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions meet those needs effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money.
- Compliance: Ensure IT practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT management, with a focus on strategy and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and budgets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
