The Opportunity:
As a Data Entry Specialist at IBC - Industrial Supply Plus, Inc., you will play a key role in maintaining and updating our databases with accurate, timely, and relevant information. This hybrid role can be performed remotely or in our office, giving you flexibility. Even though it is an entry-level position, it plays a crucial part in our operations and has significant potential for growth and career advancement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and verify data into computer systems and databases.
- Compile, interpret, and correct data discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Work closely and communicatively with team members to meet data entry requirements.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Adhere to internal data integrity and security policies.
Desired Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
- Accurate keyboard skills and ability to enter data at a desired speed.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of databases and comfortable working with new systems.
