Operations Analyst - Wealth Management
Our client is a well established Wealth Management company located in the Birmingham, MI area. They have an immediate need for an Operations Analyst with hand-on back-office experience who takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate trade processing, and timely settlement of transactions.

As an Operations Analyst, you will:
- Reconcile trades, ensuring accuracy across internal records and external systems.
- Manage balancing, clearing, and settlement processes for various financial instruments.
- Handle margin requirements and monitor margin calls as needed.
- Process and monitor wire transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to trade processing and settlements.
- Collaborate with front-office, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of back-office experience.
- Proven expertise in trade reconciliation, clearing, settlement, margin, and wire transfers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions.
- Familiarity with wealth management operations and compliance standards.
- This is an onsite position at the client’s Birmingham, MI area office.
