About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused IT Service Desk Specialist to join our vibrant and dedicated team. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to our global corporate, distribution, and retail store associates. Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for basic software and hardware troubleshooting across various environments.
- Embody our unique culture by demonstrating a strong appreciation for customer service, inclusiveness, and a friendly demeanor.
- Support retail operations by coaching and guiding store associates on technical issues.
- Troubleshoot problems to resolution or escalate when necessary.
- Document incidents, comments, and resolutions within our incident management system, utilizing available knowledge resources.
- Fulfill hardware and software requests by coordinating and completing configuration and installation.
- Conduct end-user training for supported applications and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, sharing workload and responsibilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capable of maintaining confidential information.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including computer literacy and working knowledge of:
- Operating systems (Windows/Mac)
- Word processing (Microsoft Word)
- Spreadsheet (Excel)
- Email (Outlook) software applications
- Mobile device hardware and operating systems (iOS/Android)

Additional Information
- This role requires onsite training at our Global Home Office in Columbus, OH for the first four weeks. After that, the position can be fully remote.
- Our team works on shift schedules, which may include nights and weekends.
