As the Marketing Digital Media Manager at PBK, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand, showcase our projects, and promote our services. You will oversee our online presence across various digital platforms, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our digital media initiatives align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage our audience and highlight our projects.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with clients.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to produce visually appealing and informative digital content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews and feedback.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
