About The Role
As the Community Program Manager for Events at POSH, you will own the end-to-end coordination, production, and scaling of all our events, ensuring they not only foster community but also leave a lasting impact on our attendees. You'll collaborate closely with success, sales, and marketing teams to curate experiences that elevate our brand, deepen client relationships, and create unforgettable moments for our organizers and attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Production: Lead the planning, coordination, production, and execution of all POSH Community events.
- Event Management: Manage multiple events simultaneously across different cities and time zones, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table
- A minimum of 3+ years experience in event production with a strong portfolio of successful experiential events
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics and timelines across multiple events.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working closely with cross-functional teams.
- A creative mindset with a passion for bringing ideas to life through impactful and innovative event formats.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience in scaling events and evolving existing programs to meet the growing needs of the business.
Compensation & Benefits
