Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively utilizes resources and adheres to schedule dates to ensure successful project completion and team's satisfaction.
- Assigns tasks to team members and manages team efforts to achieve expectations.
- Professionally and accurately completes detailed project plans and provides timelines with project milestones.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the team.
- Facilitates communication and take specific actions necessary to meet team's objectives.
- Interfaces with team, and/or vendors to negotiate coordination issues, intervals and/or deliverables for successful implementation of a project.
- Provides status reporting based on communication plans and as defined by the project.
- Manages project plan and communicates exceptions to stakeholders of the project in a timely manner.
- Communicates project plan (after internal approvals) to client for sign-off.
- Communicates expectations to team.
- Ensures timely execution of internal project barriers.
- Manages formal hand-off to team sponsor.
- Learns overall process flow and product integration points.
- Assists with process development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or five years of related operations, training and/or implementation experience.
- Individual will possess excellent math, interpersonal, PC, time management, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Courses in project management and implementation are required.
