Job Title: QA Manager
Job Description
Implement quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements. Oversee and manage Sanitation and Quality staff. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues, non-compliance, and areas for improvement. Lead investigations into quality incidents, customer complaints, and product traceability, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Train and educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Foster strong relationships with regulatory agencies, auditors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and maintain certifications. Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and emerging technologies related to quality management in the food manufacturing sector. Perform other duties as assigned.
