Role:: Incident Manager
Location:: Fort Mill/Charlotte
Salary:: $100K to $135K PA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related experience
- At least three to five years’ experience working in a prior incident/crisis management role.
- Strong experience working with IT Service Management Tools – ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks including ITIL and COBIT.
- Experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Splunk.
- Experience providing support for cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure.
- Experience with cloud architecture (containers, PODs,) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
