Our client is an award winning live music events company, entertaining over 500,000 guests per year.
They're now looking for a focused Administrator, with a passion for music and entertainment, to offer support across Operations and Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a years Reception/Customer Service or Office Administration experience
About the role:
You will be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include liaising with the marketers, and providing support with customer communications across their live shows. There would also need to be support given to the office manager with administrative aspects including booking staff travel, and managing expenses.

- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Applications (Google Sheets / Google Docs)
Job Duties
- Handling the amendment and refund of tickets to customers
- Answering customer communications across the portfolio of shows
- Collaborating with the marketing department to develop methods for handling issues
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Submit expense reports
- Assist the office manager with ad-hoc tasks
